Situated in a densely populated area in Vadodara, the plot was set amidst an old gated community with minimal greenery. In a 1200 sq ft plot, the client demanded a rather large brief for a family of two – a mother and his son. The site’s only view was towards the road, requiring good use of levels. The concept being, designing exterior open spaces maximising the view towards the road whilst maintaining the visual privacy as well.
